  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

  • Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or special-order items, unless defective.

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the product, including the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to send the item to the following address: ZeniGlasni Returns Department

  4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

  • If the item was purchased with a discount or promotion, only the amount paid (not the original price) will be refunded.

  • If a returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or denial of the return may apply.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
