1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or special-order items, unless defective.
Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Package the Item: Securely pack the product, including the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to send the item to the following address: ZeniGlasni Returns Department

3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
If the item was purchased with a discount or promotion, only the amount paid (not the original price) will be refunded.
If a returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or denial of the return may apply.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Clearance or final sale items
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
